Development of urban planning in the selected location

The theme of this backelor´s theme is the development of the selected locality. The chones location is the South Bohemian village Dražíč. The theoretical part of the work includes the defenition of land-use planning, its history, the legislative provision of territorial planning documentation. In the second part of the work, the chones municipality was described, from history to the present. Finally, in the third part, the work looked at describing and analysing the distrikt plans of the municipality of Dražíč.

The role of territorial development actors in brownfields revitalization in Sušice

This thesis deals with the role of actors involved in brownfield revitalization in the town of Sušice. Specifically, it concerns the revitalization of the former Solo Sušice and former maternity hospital. These old unused buildings and lands necessarily need revitalize and find new functional uses. The role of actors can have a key influence on the regeneration of both monitored areas themselves. The work discusses mainly cooperation, communication and consensus between public administration, the private sector and the public. The theoretical part is focused on institutional theories, factors of territorial development, actors of spatial development, management of city administration and use of spatial development documents. In the empirical part, brownfields in Sušice are presented and the results obtained through interviews, questionnaire and development document analysis are presented. Research has shown a very different role for actors involved in revitalization. In Sušice, the most important role is played by the association My ze Sušice. On the contrary, public administration seems to be rigid and has no interest in revitalization. Keywords: brownfields; actors of urban planning; urban plan; urban regeneration; Sušice

Development of urban planning documents in the selected location

This thesis deals with the development of urban planning documents and documentation in chosen location. Holubov is a village of central importance situated between České Budějovice and Český Krumlov. The aim of the thesis is to collect and analyze urban planning data. The first part contains the definition of urban planning, the objects and tasks of urban planning, its historical development and the law regulations that the urban planning over the years has followed. The practical part describes the village, the surroundings of the village and its historical formation. In the next part this thesis deals with the description of individual urban plans and their comparison in a uniform comparative scale.

Processing of territorial study as a basis for urban plan

The Diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a proposal for the functional use of the territory. The solid area is located in the cadastral area of Vlkovice. It is a separate area, the so called excluzive town of Lišov, located in the South Bohemian Region. The main objective of the work is to elaborate the urban plan, in practice it means verifying, designing and assessing the possibilities and conditions of the changes in the given locality. Other objectives include acquaintance with the selected territory and its detailed description. It is primarily a description of the technical and transport infrastructure and other aspects. Part of the practical part will be the comparison of the most suitable scenario with similar localities in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. On the basis of the studied literature, the thesis also focuses on a representative selection of works by authors dealing with the topic of spatial planning and sustainable development, selected concepts and the territorial study as a land-use planning tool.

This thesis deals with development of urban planning in selected municipality. As a location was selected city Sezimovo Ústí. In the first part of this thesis was descibed history of urabyn planning, it's definition, forms, legislation and the proces of urban planning. The second part deals with a description of the chosen area, also with a description of individuals urban plans and their mutual comparison. At the end were designed changes and modifications of a valid urban plans.

Development of urban planning in selected municipality

This thesis deals with the development of urban planning in chosen region. The landscape engineering in the region of Jindřichův Hradec has a long-term history. The aim of my thesis is a comparison of the urban plan development in the chosen area. The very first part of my thesis speaks about the definitions, history, legislation and the process of urban planning. In the second part the main procedure of urban plan processing is described. Also there is a description of the chosen area in the second part of my thesis. The last part of this thesis deals with all the urban plans in the area of Jindřichův Hradec which were valid in the period of past years.

Solution of new build-up areas on the border of urban and rural areas

The first part of this thesis is the definition of terms relating to construction at the interface of urban and rural areas. It defines the question notions of landscape, landscape, landscaping, urban planning, urban and rural areas. The practical part contains five case studies with objects of interest. For each of the objects of interest has resulted several color variations, which were subsequently placed into the landscape. Examined objects are located in the cadastral area of Šipoun and Blanice, on the border of Prachatice and Strakonice district. The result of this work is the evaluation influence of individual variations in the landscape and the best selection of co-option. Due to objective evaluation the survey was conducted among people of different ages.
